Judder on engine start and driving

I’m currently on a road trip around Europe and only half way into my trip with probably another 5000miles before I get back to the UK and my engine seems to have just started juddering.

I noticed it the other day while first starting the engine and thought maybe it would be fine once i got moving.
I was wrong, there seems to be a judder and rattle sound on acceleration in pretty much all gear when I get past the initial biting point of the acceleration peddle.

Anyone got any ideas what it could be, I worried if i need to get it looked at given the amount of miles I still have left to drive.
I’m driving a 2018 T28 highline which has 36k miles on the clock.

So my engine actually stopped working later in the day after posting this... 1.5weeks later I’m still sat in a hotel waiting for VW to confirm what it is! Just had word today that the 4 fuel injectors are broken but they are still trying to find the cause of the issue before they can replace them. Sounds like it’s going to be expensive one and god know how long until I’ll be back on the road.
