Jct600 Wakefield

My van has been with JCT600 in Wakefield for three days for some warranty work. Picked it up at tea time today and the Mrs spotted the Transporter letters had been ripped off the rear whilst following me home.

On further inspection there is a chunk of paintwork missing from my front splitter which wasn't there before I dropped it off. Anybody else had problems with this dealer and any advice on how to proceed, they are calling me back in the morning?

Not Wakefield - but Sheffield JCT600. My Tiguan has been in there 3 times this past year and each time it has come out with a dent, scratch or blemish on the paintwork. They have corrected each one quickly, but they are struggling to grasp that that’s not the point!!

That's a strange one , why would ye take certain letters , it would actually spell out Tan Spoter , probably some apprentice thinking it will be funny to stick them on his tool box
