A: Working time = 1002Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary.
Q2: Can the Explorer 1000 be charged while using?
A: Yes, Explorer 1000 supports pass-through charging. But we don't suggest, it will cause damage to battery life.
Q3: What devices can Explorer 1000 power?
A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than total 1000 Watt.
Q4: Does Explorer 1000 include a built-in MPPT controller?
A: All Jackery power stations have a built-in MPPT controller.

I don't use a coffee machine in the camper as prefer to make it old school. What I do use is a Remoska cooker

The above is the new model - ours is 6 years old and still working a treat. We cook baked potato's in it using ALLPOWERS 666wh and get about 1hr30 however using solar panel get around 2hrsish. We also cook pie's chips etc in the little cooker and works great on the ALLPOWERS 666wh.
The best thing is by tea time the solar has charged (4/5/6hrs depending on the sun) up the "brick" ready for the evening. Love it as no need to pay for EHC on sites if we use them.

yeh . . . , heating water is not the most efficient use of battery power unfortunately.
it can be done but its very inefficient.
Gas is the way to go, for efficiency.
