As much as I recommend tidy wiring I might also consider deliberately miss labelling that tracker feed once you're sorted - no need to give the scrotes an easy day should the worst happen...

This type of fusebox might be handy for moving the secondary feeds. I'd leave the high current RedArc alone and probably the Sargent, may as well use the OE feeds, but then you can move the secondary feeds on to just two feeds from the battery. Also I think fusing the BM monitors is a good idea, just in case.
More importantly I hope you can get the original issue sorted out
