Pauly Senior Member VCDS User Admin Moderator 4 Aug 2025 #2 It’s listed on parts catalogues as a sun sensor but dash’s I have looked at it’s just blank cover over an empty square recess Maybe it depends on region or model ??

The solar sensor for the sun's intensity is the two black dots on the AC control panel, next to the dials. So I'm not sure if you have non climate AC if they use a separate sensor in the location above?

T The_Lad Senior Member T6 Guru 4 Aug 2025 #8 Ok I thought I’d just give it a tug and like Pauly says there is just a hole underneath And on that note that’s possibly a great way to run the power cable to the starlink Cheers chaps
