Is there a route from the OEM loom in the roof space to behind the panels?

OK, Im thinking about fitting some extra LED lighting in the van, and a controller / dimmer switch and maybe a couple of USB charge points into the panels between the C and D pillar.

However I am struggling to find a route for the witing from the area where the OEM loom is near the roof of the van down behind the panels.

Am I missing the obvious? Is there one? If there is where is it?

The panel looks removable, take off and route cables down D pillar

Thanks, yes the panel is just connected with hidden clips.
