Anyone using internal blinds with a dashcam? Did you cut around or just live with the light bleed?
Thanks

Depends on what camera and which blinds .
We have stretchy internal blinds that go over the top of our camera and cause very little problem.

We use external cover.

And have black tape over the dash cam LEDs.

Ours is a Thinkware u3000. It’s relatively long. possible the blinds would stretch over I guess. We use external blind now but I’d prefer internal for stealth camping

We use external if its going to be cold and condensation gonna be an issue but much prefer the ease of the internal with being able to access the front doors without the faff.
Good thing about internal blinds is that the camera can still record if the van is bumped when parked up .

You could use that with the curtain rod hooked over the grab handles or maybe use a telescopic shower rail that just pulls out and twist to lock into position. 🤔

The ones Lee has linked to come with mounts that hook over the top of the b-pillar covers...
