Side window blind ideas

Hi,

I have been looking around for a blind/curtain solution that doesnt require drilling into the body. Has anyone mounted blinds/curtains onto the side window plastic runners (covers)?

I was thinking about mounting a pleated 'Plisse' up and down blind to the window and anchoring the side cables to the top and bottom runner covers (possibly with 3d printed extensions/brackets)?

Has anyone tried this or something similar?

Thanks, Steve

Yeah I'm not drilling either. Just ordered curtains and rail (top only) which I'm going to attach with 3M VHB tape, then magnets in the bottom hem of the curtains.

Glad its not just me haha. Just carpeted and looking for a removable solution so I can check if the OEM side windows are leaking.

I think as long as the rails are strong enough I can 3D print a bracket that comes out and across to attach the side cables to. 110cm blinds should cover everything, kinda like a cheapskate version of the Swellshades blinds :D
