Interior lights problem

Evening! I have a T6 with a new conversion into a day van. Noticed the other day that our light up cup holders have stopped working and the bed is ultra slow coming out. Also the interior lights at the back flash whilst we put the bed in and out, and are noticeably dimmer compared to door lights when on. I’ve checked fuses, all seems ok? Any ideas before I start stripping down? Thanks!

Whats the voltages on the starter and leisure batteries.....?

At rest?

When engine running?
