You can get policies that cover you through the conversion process, but I I don't have any experience of these as I got my van converted before it was delivered to me.
Sure it's covered @Bav but Brentacre were like this. Every time I got a mod done I just emailed them and they updated cover note....was no hassle or additional cost!
