Until they banned lead from paint.
Probably for the best.
In fact there was a girl in my class at primary school that used to eat the powder paint. Still remember it clearly - she literally used to spoon it out and straight into her mouth whenever she could get her hands on a tin of it.
And we think it’s todays kids with issues! What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. It probably looked similar to Angel Delight mix.
Let’s face it there’s a good proportion of the British population paying good money to snort Harpic on a Saturday night out.
15 hours last time I needed the RAC, almost enough to watch Godfather III directors cut.
Last time I had the misfortune of the RAC.
Coming back from a track day at Oulton park in friends car. Trailer on the back with 2 motorbikes. Right on the junction where the M62 joins M60 we suddenly hear a load scraping noise and I see a trailer wheel bouncing down the embankment into a wooded area. No problem mate says I gave a spare. We get out only to see the hub had gone.
He phones RAC, bearing in mind we are right on a massively busy junction at rush hour, explained the situation that we are not broken down and will need recovery.
3 hours later we see an RAC transit connect pull up look at the situation. Makes a phone call and does one.
So I phone AA, 30 mins later a FAM truck arrives. It was a bit fun getting a trailer with 2 bikes and a suspension arm digging in the ground onto the back. Even more of a struggle getting it off again.
