Horrible ride

Hi guys I have just bought a 2024 t32 highline panel van. I find the suspension very crashy on uneven roads. However I do need the t32 ability to vary and tow heavy loads. Are there any aftermarket suspension options that are a better ride,l but can still manage the heavy loads occasionally. I also don’t want to lower her by too much either. Thanks for any response in advance

You won't like the drive there, but you will be looking for excuses to avoid the motorway and take the A and B roads on the way back!

You might also consider changing to a swamper style wheel/tyre combo. The smaller wheel/taller tyre profile affords a good deal more comfort with no loss of on-road ability. I can certainly attest to it.

As @Salty Spuds says.
I bought a stock T32, it was as expected a noisy van for too much £.
After a full sound deadening / insulation and camper conversion it’s fine and most importantly bullet proof running gear. I don’t want to be on the side of some remote agricultural track with broken suspension.

What he said.

I have had the CRS Koni Definition kit on my van for a month now and couldn’t be happier. It was so bad before (H&R lowering springs and standard dampers) I was considering getting rid of the van but now it’s perfect.

Speak to @CRS Performance and they will have a solution to meet your needs. I have spent a lot of money over many many years on modifying vehicles and I can honestly say that the money I spent there is one of, if not the best, upgrades I have ever experienced in 30+ years.

You don’t have to go lower, you can stay at standard ride height or you can have a happy medium like my van at 50mm lower (I do a lot of mountain biking so need some ground clearance) or you can go lower still all while maintain excellent ride quality.

As above, get CRS to change the shocks, the springs could possibly stay as they are strong, Steve will advise on the best set up for your needs, highly experienced with the Transporter.
After that you could try different size tyres when they next need renewing.
