Suspension identification and advice - horrible ride

Hi folks!

This is my VW T6 LWB (previously used as taxi) with max weight of 3000kg. As converted to camper, it is an empty weight of 2350kg ish and has a Reimo 3000 couch on rail installed. (Oh it's a TSI petrol)

Normally , it is pretty high on its wheels as you can see. I am not disturbed by it, my "financial partner" ;) is pretty tall and it helps with our awning. But if the ride needs to go down for comfort, we should do that.

Problem
The ride is horrible, even more with a bike carrier and 2 e-bikes and fully loaded and with the Reimo couch more to the back (base position).

The van becomes lower on the back than the front, the rear is very squeaky especially with some torque/rotation. Probably something else is wrong but I don't want to spend money on repairs if there are better options.

Can you help me identify what is installed now? And what would make the ride more comfortable?

I have read some about crs performance and Bilstein b14, but since I had massive costs on the Van already, I am looking for balanced choices.

What would your advice be?

It looks like standard rear springs with an added helper spring, the inner blue spring.

Sorry missed this when you posted it . The blue helper spring on the rear may help lift the rear slightly but its not a solution for the woes of a Camper
You need to chat to Us so we can explain how to make this ride perfect sit level and drive more car like
