Hi New Member Media System Advice Please

Hi looking at s t6 next week the only thing is it has a full media system apart from satnav . It has a mute button where others have satnav.
My thoughts are is it possible to fit satnav to this or is it a whole new unit ?

I believe it's a new unit with Nav built in plus GPS antenna.
