Hi all, this weekend I’m planning on installing the new head unit that I brought. I got it with the T6.1 fitting kit from THQ and have a gone through the install video and instructions full several times to make sure I’ve got everything.
I have 2 questions that I can’t find the answers to in the instructions or by searching on here.
1. There is a cable marked RXD/TXD with a plug on it from the SOS retention unit, does this get plugged in anywhere or is it not used?
2. On the head unit cable there is a Brown cable marked Mute, does this get connected to the Grey Mute cable on the interface loom?
Apart from these questions the instructions are really clear.
