Picked up my 2017 lwb kombi from dealership on Saturday, and having a host of issues, unresponsive touchscreen, passenger cab window letting in water, balance is a bit off when travelling around 70mph- steering wheel vibrates a bit and the seals on the bottom of both doors have come away and it looks rusty on the weld points- Van is getting picked up tomorrow, would welcome thoughts on how serous the issue with the seals is, all the other bits in my mind should be easy fixes- I’m worried about the rust under seals… would welcome your thoughts on this and suggestions on what I should expect as a fix from the dealership?
