Help With “bolt” Removal

I need to get this bolt thing out of here but no idea how to undo it.

It needs to go in here:

Can’t really see what it is but it’s either a press fit or screw fit.
Personally I’d try light force with a forked trim tool under both heads and if no movement try gripping both heads and unscrewing like a nut and bolt.

as @DXX said, they look like press on caps, you can try a pair of grips on each cap, pull apart and twist at the same time and see if one end will work its way off.

Thanks. There is no way I can grip it to unscrew. I’ve tried trim tool but scared of breaking them.

Seems I will need to have another go with a bit more force. They cant be t0o expansive to replace

Bit more force and they came off. Amazingly I didn’t break them lol
