hands free telephone system question

Hi, I have been doing quite a bit of mileage in the 4 weeks since I have taken delivery of my T6 Kombi and have loved every minute of it.

the only thing that is a bit challenging compared to the car I had before is the background noise when on the phone.

the T6 is obviously going to be more noisy than my car, but I wondered what you guys do to combat the extra noise, it's not that it is impossible to have a chat because it really isn't, but I am finding myself dropping to 50mph on the motorway for the benefit of the person I am talking to.

Hi Dave, I have Phone Noise Cancellation already switched on in the phone settings, but it says that's for when holding the phone to your ear, is it still relevant on the in built hands free in the T6?

Yes should be, mic and t6 system should have it on as well, might be in menu on head unit ?

I had a look in the head unit menu and couldn't find anything, will try the local dealership

Yeah, could be dodgy mic on system, try forgetting phone on head unit & phone, reset phone, renew connection as last test..
