Grinding Noise

Hi All,
Currently away in France on week 1 of 3. Going to Spain for the next 2 weeks.
Have a T32 Kombi, not converted, koni definition suspension, 20" wheels. Lowered about 30mm.
Going round a 90 degree turn to the right and heard a grinding noise from the LHS nearside. Not reproducible when turning to LHS.
Van drives fine otherwise and if I take the turn with a much wider turn path, I don't hear it.

I no nothing about car/van mechanics. Does anyone know what this could be and if it requires immediate attention or can it wait until my return to the UK?

TIA.

If you have 275 40 20 tyres it will be the tyre touching somewhere , if it only did once or in the same situation a few times it wont hurt , just get the proper size tyres when you get home ,

Thanks for that.
Running 265/40/20. No rub when it was last checked.
Sounds more metallic noise. Although not sure what type run properly sounds like!
