Yeah there's a Y cable thing, I should've taken more photos.

Got it all from Sean at CEN I think (I have a cold and my mind is fuzzy) he also sold me a speaker impedance emulator thing, not sure that was necessary as I see other people fitting these and no sign of that part.

If you are running a factory head unit , and rear speakers a speaker impedance simulator will allow the fader to be correctly coded, without it the fader will not display

@TheBadger Did you snip the cross over? To your ear did this tone them down a little?

We always cut the wire , otherwise a bit sharp

Oh that's interesting thank you. Yes factory HU, the little 6.5 inch one, can't remember what it's called.

I didn’t cut the wire in mine with factory head unit. I just turned up the Bass and Mids but left Treble at middle of adjustment.

Cut the wires this weekend, definitely the right move , sound is a lot more balanced now
