I signed up for Gigaclear full fibre a while ago with a 'new customer' price of £25 per month but now that the introductory period is ruining out they have emailed me saying it's going up to £50. I'm just wondering if there are any other Gigaclear customers on here and what happened at contract renewal as I don't really want to pay £50 - I just wanted to get an idea of what negotiation room there might be before I call them up to open a dialogue.
I have to say that in the time I've been connected to them, it's never been other than brilliant and delivers a more or less constant 500 Mbps (at least once I deleted everything that their so called engineer did to set it up and did it properly!). On that basis, I don't really want to go back to the maximum 67 Mbps Openreach network that BT and others use (the likes of Virgin, Sky etc. are not available in my area, a small village in Gloucestershire).
Thanks in advance peeps.
