Fuses SC16 and SC47

Hi, m8s!
I have Transporter T6 2017.03 in my garage. It has current leakage problem, 0.16A when sleeping.
I found that leakage stops when I remove two fuses: SC16 and SC47. If I leave one of these fuses, the leakage don't stop. It remains the same - 0.16A
My question: what do these fuses control?
Elsa doesn't give much information. Both fuses are connected direct to Central Electronics module.
When I remove SC47 - all lamps not working and the car starts and dies. When I remove SC16 - haven't noticed big difference.
I really need your help.

Assuming I have the correct fuse diagrams for your van....




Not surprising the engine didn't run with 47 removed - Surprised it would even start
16 looks like the windscreeen wipers

Does your owners manual have the fuse designations?

I found another fuse list with the correct fuse sizes and both SC16 and SC47 just say "onboard control module"
How are you testing the leakage? The van will have some things powered up for a while even after everything is turned off, and even then there will be things like the security system still active.

I am testing with millivoltmeter. When I remove these fuses I get 0,04A which is normal for this car when it sleeps.
Owners manual has no fuse assignment. It's the same for all newer cars.
Elsa also say "onboard control module". Because of that I am asking here.

I seem to have a battery drain on my 2016 T6 150 highline as it struggles or fails to start after about 6-7 of not being used. Firstly I believed it to be the battery, so had a brand new AGM battery installed and coded to the van but again after 6-7 days I’m getting the same issue. It appears to be charging fine at 14v when running so sort of rules the alternator out and sits at about 12.4-12.5v after use. The van has no leisure electrics installed and the only thing connected to the battery is a battery monitor which I installed to see how many bolts it’s dropping a day which is about...

No problem with ignition switch.
Still need to know what circuits protect these two fuses.

And the van is in in complete sleep mode when you are testing for the leakage?

What if you do a VCDS scan and checked for faults ( as a baseline)
Then remove the two fuses and rescan to see what additional faults appear?
That might give you a clue to what is causing the issue.

VCDS How-to​

Unlock the van, open driver door (hood and all the other doors closed).
Startup VCDS.

(-A-)​

Turn ignition key to position ACCessories - e.g radio turns on.​

NOTE: usually no need to turn ignition on - you may if you wish... the procedure works the same.​

VCDS > Select Control Module > 61-Battery Regul > Long Adaptation > Select "Quick Quiescent Current Analysis"​

I did actuation tests for turn signals with VCDS - both sides OK. But test for brake lights - not OK. All brake lights work without problems, lamps installed as they must be.
I decided to replace Central Electrics module. I think something wrong is inside it.

New to this forum, but all interior courtesy and map read lights failed on our 2019 wheelchair accessible Caravelle Exec. When van at VW garage today apparently no fault codes came up on diagnostic check and they couldn't find anything amiss with lamps, wiring, connectors, switches etc. Eventually they did the battery terminals off trick and hey presto lights back on when terminals remade. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to do a BCM reboot, say using VCDS, without having to disconnect battery? Got a very cagey silence when asked this question at VW.
