Whilst I see the problem you have, what about the cup holders in the bottom of the door cards. Not ideal but works as a short term fix.

One for a friday. 1 week into a 2 week family holiday in Thailand and we've seen one T5 and this velle with LEDs, is the only T6 so far. Pretty exclusive out here. Rarer than rocking horse poo. Unlike the dodgy overhead wiring. You find that everywhere.
