Leaking diesel tank

Hi

I've discovered a very small leak on my T6.1 diesel tank. I suspect it's been happening for around 6 weeks but patch has slowly grown on drive. Does anyone know if these things can be patched up or if it means a new tank...and at what cost? Its in at garage next Friday so preparing myself

Can you see where the leak is coming from? More likely to be a pipe than the tank itself.

I tried to post a video...the screenshot attached shows drip just above my finger. Appears to be tank but no knowledge of the layout so best guess.

Probably need to get it up on ramps and shine a light to be sure. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Is it diesel? Or engine oil getting washed back with the airflow?

Do you check the bottom of the. Engine or the oil level?

Is it a camper van? or do you have a diesel heater fitted?
