Hi, I bought my 20plate T6.1 Kombi in March, it’s got a full Leighton conversion and rolling on 20in 275/45 R20. i’ ve covered 5k+ miles in that time and I’ve just come back from a camping Holiday in France. I notice a rumbling noise at lower speed and I notice the outside edge of the passenger side front tyre shows excessive wear.
The tyres are cheap, they were on it when I bought the van and are in need of replacement, it looks item something is chewing the outside edges, but only on the passenger side, drivers side is fine. Can anyone recommend a good place to get the tracking and camber alignment checked, I’ve seen the Huntsman system Recommended, I live in Surrey near jct 10 of the M25 and A3.
Also any tyre recommendations for this size, I typically avoid budget tyres as I just don’t trust them.
I’ve also seen recommendations to have the suspension bushes checked, as the van is lowered, approx 50mm should the bushes be upgraded?
