Friends, I saw empty cables under the driver's seat of the 2016 t6 caravelle vehicle, I wonder what the ends are empty

Does the Caravelle have a towbar?
I think some towbar setups include the joining of cables underneath the seat?
I have an idea that’s what the fitting instructions showed when my towbar was fitted.
Someone else may be along shortly to sort us both!

Red Cables Under Passenger Seat [Merge]
there's a thick cable under the passenger seat that I'm wondering what it is. It has a barcode on it? so it looks original. I'm fitting a leisure battery /ctek solar charger - so am hoping it could be useful. Guy
