Floor Seam Sealer

Hi All

Can anybody tell me what product they use on the floor of the van, At first I thought they were welds until I got to the damaged sections.

Google is bring up things like sikaflex, but this appears to be porous, and has soaked up dirty/rusty water.

The conversion company made a right mess of cutting off the bulkhead tabs, so I want to grind the remaining stubs flat, cut away the damaged sealant and replace it.
