Fault code B1916F2 and F4

Hi, just had the dreaded SOS workshop fault, scanned the van and fault code B1916F4 and F2 came up relating to flat or drained back up battery. Does anyone know location and if this can be replaced? Currently charging the starter battery to see if that helps

I have now replaced the battery and tried to clear the fault codes but they return does anyone of VCDS is need to clear this fault rather than Carista that I have

If the fault returns it’s probably because the fault still exists not because Carista can’t deal with it.

The faults related to flat back up battery with the module which I have replaced so i can’t see how the problem can still be present unless the module is faulty

I managed to use VCDS to clear the ecall fault but I couldn’t get the module to charge the new battery so I charged it outside of the van and then put it back in. Once charged the remaining fault codes cleared.
