Fans Only Working On Setting 4

I've installed the tow bar electrics that needed some dual connections on the two large plugs in the drivers footwell, the van has also not been used for a good few weeks but I noticed that tonight the fans only work on setting speed 4?
Could I have knocked something, seams a weird one - anyone else had the same issue?

Normally that’s the fan resistor. There’s a thread on here somewhere. Probably a coincidence that it has failed at the same time as other work.

I’ve just been searching for possible solutions on other forums. Van is still in warranty so will hand to the dealer, thanks Pete!
