Fan speed only working on 4

Hi all, 2017 T6, Interior fan doesn't appear to work on 1-3 but is great on setting 4......What could the issue be??

Heater only working at maximum

Hi Chaps Just noticed tonight my heater blower is only working on speed 4. I’ve got the manual Air Con, rather than climate. All other functionality works ok, just nothing blowing out until you select the fan blower at speed setting 4. Anything obvious to check? Any known issues? Thanks

I've seen the part from about £7 and only takes 10mins

Another (possibly linked) issue is when the fan is on 4 and I select R the fan speeds up even more.....Weird!!

It doesnt speed up it just sounds like that, the van automatically selects recirc air setting when you go in reverse so you dont suck in exhaust fumes when you go backwards
