Hello everyone, I have a T6. 1 with the engine running, the engine cooling fan is constantly running, the question is: is this just me or is it also so with you. And another question sometimes the fan starts working at full speed and there is a pungent smell from the car, this continues for some time even if you turn off the engine.

It would explain slight coolant loss as well as the fan constantly running

Please verify what ECU reportsconnect to vcds
Highly unlikely - you would get another fault of the sensor. Also the fan is driven by ECU (no external relays). ECU uses several sensors to make the decision to run the fan.But i think if its possible to be some sensor or something telling fan that car is overheating and he works always in high speed?
Most likely wiring...error p048000 coling fan 1 control circuit active/static
