Engine Oil Warning

Wife sent me a photo of this warning today 'Please Check Oil Level'. I'm not home yet to check or scan.

Doesnt say too high or too low as the other posts I've seen. VW app says 'please add max n.a of oil. You can drive on.'

EML popped up last week, VCDS shows a few electrical related fault codes, was going to get it looked at by dealer anyway at the same time as having the service (due within 2000 miles).

Generally with things like this, would you get it to the dealer or call VW assist? I dont know if its best to just call VW assist out, seeing as the van is only 2 years old and have cover with them.
