Engine management & flashing coil warnings?

OK, problem traced to HPFP breaking down and I guess originally caused the 1st injector to fail. Van back up to converters to repair under warranty - needs new pump, poss new injectors, completely flushing out and checking. What a pain - been 2 weeks now as garage has to get the part from abroad!? VW reliability?? - seriously ??

I’d find out which company did the remap and call them asking if they will cover the cost of all repairs if the turbo fails. When they say no I’d remove the map then enjoy driving the van with one less thing to worry about
