Turbo inlet valve stuck closed with a fault code P22D300

Hi all,

Engine size- 204bhp bi turbo
Transporter 4motion

Any advise on how to solve this fault, DPF has been cleared however when I reach 3,500rpm the coil light flashes on dash and goes into limp mode. When turning engine off and restarting, all resets.

Any help is much appreciated.
