I have a 2021 caravelle executive.
My driver side electric sliding door won’t slide open with the interior door handle. It unlatches with the handle, but then doesn’t slide open. It also won’t slide closed using the interior handle.
It operates fine with the outside handle, dashboard button and remote button.
My local dealer doesn’t have a diagnostic technician at the moment and the nearest one is now an hour away.
Does anyone know where to start looking for a solution?
