T6 Sliding door won’t lock

Sliding door won’t lock. Has been previously broken into (didn’t realise when I purchased). There’s a hole above the handle.
I have replaced rotary sliding door latch. This worked initially, but not anymore. Tried to take out the door mechanism but there is a metal pin that is stopping me from pulling it out, any advice here?
Also the manual lock doesn’t work, the bar doesn’t move.
Basically it seems intermittent but won’t lock and the manual lock doesn’t at all. Please help
