Dub Dogs, let’s see them :)

Funny you say that. Hes descended from the Sandringham Line, a kennel of labs bred by King George V and the old Queen Elizabeth, and he's bred from a Crufts group winner and overall finalist.

So you could say hes the Prince Andrew of our family. At 8 months he already has an eye for the lady doggies!

Your wee lass is beautiful too Wayne. Its wonderful to see her so happy with her humans.

Flo is a mong! White blobs behind her front paws and a fur ridge up her nose between her eyes! Descended from Startline heritage!

Big playtime at Aldridge Airport! Flo has burnt some serious calories (she needs to, porky puppy) playing rough with 2 boxer younguns, Misha and Bear, apparently Misha means bear in Putin speak? Lovely, and slightly dangerous to watch as a bystander! End result, one seriously slobbered on Labrador!

Ha, my friend had a rescue Spanish street dog. Coco was about 8kg but my 32kg greyhound seemed to know he was the boss and gave up his bed willingly if coco wanted it. No aggressive moves just coco’s boss vibe.
We really luked out with him, not a moment’s trouble. He was a stray for a year then 6 months in a compound then a two day trip in a van to us.
He’s as good as gold. So much so that the local dog walker, our neighbour uses him to see if new clients are suitable, if Jose’ likes them, then they’re good.

One spoilt rotten dog

Haven't posted in a while, Huxley went into training in Leamington in November and against the odds because he was a mouther and a bit of handful has completed his training with flying colours and because of his robust attitude has been selected with a match in London (mixed feelings about that but that's my mindless predjudice to deal with).

He has been replaced with Syd who is at the other end of the scale a calm 75% Golden 25% Lab boy who is very well behaved. (oddly may not be so good as a guide dog but you never know they like them with spirit).
Heres Syd in the van he's 5 1/2 months now and a big boy already.20260427_162912.webp20260424_145132 (Large).webp20260424_144927.webp20260423_081826 (Large).webp

He's a gorgeous boy. When i've chose Labrador puppies I always choose the ones that seem cheekiest. Lemmy had no fear and trotted over to msay hello. Bruce was busy stealing his brothers and sisters food. Geddy was shoving his siblings out the way to get to the warmest part of the dog bed. That guarantees they have plenty of character...sometimes more than id bargained for!
