Dsg Light

Hi

Not long had my van but am i right in thinking there should be a light begind the PNDS on the dsg to illuminate at night?
If there is how can you access it to change the bulb please as mine is out.

The letter is illuminated but it's not a bulb it's an LED on a circuit board. The board may have become detached from the gear surround. Carefully prise the surround off with a trim tool and you'll see the circuit board.

I have inspected the circuit board and re attatched it however still no lights, have you any other ideas?

Turn instrument/dash switch light dimmer to full brightness. Measure voltage at grey/blue wire (pin 5). Should be approx 12 Volts.
