Drive shaft stub play

My 2017 T6 4motion DSG TDI has a vibration issue: at low RPM (<1500) the car is vibrating under light throttle. It immediately disappears when going off throttle or changing to a lower gear.
I can't hear any DMF sounds at idle. The tires are recently replaced, without effect. I don't find any excessive play in the Propshaft. It's not a software issue with the DSG, I know from other T6's it should drive smooth at those RPMs.

However, I did find this at the front right drive shaft:

A lot of play where the shaft enters the differential. It also seems to sweat some oil and some of the plastic broke off. I assume this is not normal at all? Could this cause my vibrations? I would need to replace the drive shaft, stub and some kind of oil seal I guess?

No, still not.
What I did so far:
- new front drive axles (left and right)
- new support bearing for the propshaft
- changed the stub axle + bearing in the 4motion transfer (angle) case, as it had some play (see video)

Vibration is still there. Two separate garages I asked for diagnoses are very hesitant to change the DMF, as they don't hear any typical DMF sound. I'm also hesitant, given the price of replacing it without being sure it's causing my vibration (and this is above my DIY level).
Not really sure how to proceed now.

@jeft6 Did replacing the output shaft bearings solve the issue with the output shaft

Just done a clutch and flywheel change on my 6 speed T6 4Mo and on reassembly I have a small amount (maybe 1 to 2mm) of end float on the RH output shaft from the transfer/bevel box

I would have assumed that once the bolts inside the output shaft was torqued up, there would be no in/out movement

Hi @indy4x . No, you are right. Changing the bearings did not change anything. Everything needs to be mounted to take away the end float. It was a lost of time and money to be honest.

I'm still trying to find the cause of my vibration. I have now seen that the harmonic damper on my crankshaft is not looking ok. The v-belt tensioner as well. These damper pulleys are quite expensive on the biturbo though, so I'm a bit hesitant to replace them before knowing this is really the cause of my vibration or a follow-up damage of something else...
