Dometic Fridge not working…

Hi

my Dometic fridge is not working. I’ve taken my camper to my usual garage and no luck, they have apparently ordered the part, but reluctant to tell me what part. And it’s been months. I’ve now moved areas and struggling to get this fixed…

Anyone have any ideas?
I live south Leicestershire if anyone knows of a place that can help.

I’m hearing its challenging to get Dometic parts??

Have you checked voltage at the fridge just to be sure it’s the fridge itself and not an issue with the wiring/fuse to it?

I’ve just been informed it needs a new power circuit board…
Does anyone know how I can get hold of one of these?

First I suggest you hook up the fridge directly to a known good battery with a fused connection. There are so many ’fridge problems’ that turn out to be a power supply issue. Dometic fridges are good quality and pretty reliable.
The manuals are also available to download from the Dometic website.

Have you used the fridge before and was it working OK? have you tried holding the power on for abt 3 - 5 seconds? a single push won't switch it on.
