Does anyone know remove headrest inserts?

hi as per title - does anyone know how to remove - am trying to replace but cant see how to get out without removing seat covers?

I think that seats might be different across the range 2019 Carravelle Exec has headrests that are removable but not sure what you mean by inserts?? It may be you might try being more specific or [perhaps someone with the same seats might know what you mean.

hi - the plastic inserts located in the seats themselves - not the headrests
