Ok the issue has been with the ombudsman for moths now and have come back and said that vw are not under any obligation to fix and say it sounds like a software issue ( which I know and vw do not have a update)

. I give up no help for the little guy. I now need to find some one that can see if they can do some sort of update or add a new CarPlay patch in the north London area . Any recommendations would be great.
