DMF & clutch replacement - North east

Hi, as I explained in a previous post I’m experiencing a juddering in 5th and also a slight rattle from the engine when starting from cold, once driven I don’t notice the noise for the rest of the day. New to being a van driver so could just be a bit paranoid as I’ve only just bought it. It seems like a lot of people have said the judder is more than likely the remap which I am going to get removed first and fingers crossed that fixes the judder

I was hoping that someone could shed a bit of light on an approximate cost to have the dmf & clutch replaced if this is the worst case.

Also can anyone recommend a VW/Transporter specialist in the north east that could help me out

Depends what needs replacing and what parts are used but you would be looking at several hundred

My 102 tdi is going in to have the dmf and clutch replaced next week. It’s done 117000 miles and it’s going to cost me £800 approx for the job. Just had the same job done on my Honda Civic and it was similar price.

I’ve just had flywheel, clutch done in Doncaster it was 800 ish with LUK parts
