Deep charge battery.. charging it advice

Hi Sparkies
Clearing shed and found a deep charge battery that has sat for 3 years.It was only used for a couple of times for a cpap machine( assisted breathing )
Its probably completely useless now but I thought I’d give it a charge up just in case ….
Anyone know if a cheapo battery charger halfords style is ok or will I need to use a more powerful charger ?

If you haven’t put a charger on it yet, then measure the voltage first.
It’s unlikely to be recoverable, but you never know. It will need a battery charger with a “recover dead battery” option I guess.
