CXGB no start, cambelt failure

Hey all!

We got a T6 that had a cambelt failure, no other damage then one broken roller from a valve.
Took the head off. Had it checked, mesured the piston height and so on. Head went back on with new gasket and new belt.
Now it wont start.
No other fault codes then some dpf codes, its removed along with the egr but not coded out yet.
It has around 300 start rpm, around 300 bar of rail pressure when cranking, I redid the timing multiple times.
The only thing I can see is that it shuts off injectors while cranking.
But it wont even start with starter fluid. Its not even trying. Other then a few backfires trough the intake.

Any suggestions on this?

got some pics?

have you got VCDS for some diag?

cams and crank sensors showing on scanner?

RPM showing on dash?

if it wont start with starter fluid, and back fires - that indicates that timing is wrong?

so it cranks ok and smoothly?

got some pics of the timing setup?

got a link to any video clips showing it cranking?

If it won't start on easy start, then the timing must be out. But what's probably happened is the cams or lobes have spun when the belt snapped. The belt timing may be spot on, but the cam timing could be way out.
