Chassis & Arch cutting - South Midlands / Milton Keynes area

I’m looking for any suspension specialists in the general South Midlands area to help get my T6 as low as possible.

I’m installing Airlift air suspension next week but already know this won’t get me much lower than my SoLows out the box and further work is needed to get it low and drive it that way.

Been asking around and obvious candidates are the Low Down Transporters shop In Norwich but it’s quite a journey from MK, so looking to see if any shops are closer?

Looking for a subframe and engine raise, chassis notch and any arch work needed to get the van low.

Any suggestions welcome.
 
Plush Automotive are based just around the corner from where we live in Broughton Astley. I have not used them nor know much about them but seen a fair few nice vehicles at their premises.

Do your research / due diligence checks - As said I know nothing about them.

If You run a low pressures in the bags whilst driving / It looks super cool, but on uk roads = horrible ride & top mount fails .

I’ve used Plush before, not sure why I’d forgotten them, so thanks for the reminder! I fear their wait list is probably quite long but will give them a shout.

Very true, this is why I want to make sure I can get the struts set up with the thru hub mod and I’ve got the machined top mounts in order to have the strut lower so more pressure in the bags to elevate the van and not run low psi.

Plus the road situation being so bad, bags seem almost mandatory to avoid the potholes and speed bump combo on my daily routes.

Had a recommendation for Tom & going to give them a call tomorrow, although it’s approx 2 hours drive from me, but an option. Nice to have two recommendations for him now though.
 
His name always comes up when this type of work is mentioned. Always worth travelling to get things done properly ;)
 
Guess it’s seeing if the work can be done in a day or if they need the van for a few and then arranging travel back and forth.
 
Mine is going in for Solow air tomorrow at The Van Cave .......1.5 hour drive so train and mates giving me a lift but worth it when i know the van is in safe hands.
 
Tom Bullingham at Centurion Motor Services is your man, he's only in Cirencester. Mine will be going to him when i actually get around to it.
 
What you having done? I just want some front arch trimming.
