Carista Diagnose Not working

Hi I have a problem with the Diagnose not working on Carista, I put the carista dongle in have the ignition on, turn off all other Bluetooth apps on my phone and no loading 0% 0%. saying cannot find bluetooth.
But when I use customize its fine it all loads up and i've changed digital speedo mph and needle sweep no probs.

How did you get on with this buddy , never had this issue before ,if you are able to customise then it dosent sound like a connection problem via Bluetooth but more like the vans ECU not allowing a connection to certain modules ,did you get in touch with Carista to see if there is a fix ?

Hi, that’s what I thought if customise works diagnose should work, I know if I go in my van now the exact would happen. I will contact Carista to see if this has ever happened before then.

I would delete and reinstall the app, then watch out for the pop-up that asks for access to Bluetooth devices and allow again.
