Carista acc not available

Hi, yesterday I got acc not available and front assist not available when I started my van. This also resulted in no cruise control
My carista didn't list any faults (not to do with acc anyway!) But I did find the square box on the bumper loose (appeared to have popped of a balljoint) so I refixed it thinking that was the cause but still unavailable?

I am guessing that because it came off its mount that it threw a wobbly and shut down but is there a way to clear a fault with carista, if so where?
Thanks
Paul

So after all Carista listed some faults?

Unfortunately Carista strangely pads the fault codes by leading zeros. In that module those are actually

1540 - Sensor for Automatic Distance Regulation; Incorrectly Positioned - C1103 00 [009] - - - [FAULT_MISALIGNMENT_HORIZONTAL]
1541 - Sensor for Automatic Distance Regulation; Incorrectly Positioned - C1103 00 [008] - - - [FAULT_MISALIGNMENT_VERTICAL]

Thanks mmi, is there a way to clear these or does it need a recalibration?

One of the ball joints had popped off so just pushed it back on. Looks straight now but still no acc

You would need to reset misalignment fault via BASIC SETTINGS reset procedure.
See below.

Well, the plot thickens!! On my way to Dav-tec tonight and the ACC suddenly started working again:rolleyes::rolleyes:. Anyway, got all the faults cleared (apart from a stop=start fault) and the app-connect switched on:cool:. Chris is also doing me a Nav update which will be ready tomorrow:D

The Stop/Start fault most likely relates to the codes 25796 and 02252 - no communication to the alternator.
For more look here:

Thanks mmi, my van has a split charge set up fitted so I am going to disconnect that before delving any deeper. If the fault persists I will dig into it further. Not particularly bothered about the stop start working but I want to know its charging as it should
