Can not select Park

today went to select park on the DSG and could not, has anyone had this problem? Later in the day it did go into Park but it was not a smooth selection...

Sounds worrying.... get it to the dealer..

That would be concerning, if you don’t put it in Park you can’t turn the key fully off and it won’t withdraw from ignition barrel so would be a real problem !

yes Pauly it was really worrying, just couldn't put it in Park and remove the key. It was like Park did not exist, eventually I managed to select it. I have spoken to the dealer and apparently it is a known fault.
