When and Where
We’re opening for 4 nights between the 27th and 31st of August at Weston Park, Shropshire, TF11 8LE.

Entry and Departure
Our entrance and exit is completely contact free. Please have your e-ticket printed and on your dashboard at all times during your stay, we will scan this and your vehicle registration when you arrive.

Entry times are 2pm until 8pm each day, arrivals outside of these times will be refused for safety reasons.
Once entered, vehicle movement is not allowed overnight between 8pm and 7am.
Please turn all engines off outside of these times.

You must leave no later than 12 noon on your checkout day.

Please follow signs to your chosen camping area where a steward will direct you.

Pitch Size and Layout
We’ll direct you to a camping area you’ve chosen where you can choose a space of no more than 10m x 10m per pitch and ask you to stick to this. This gives you plenty of space for your vehicle and any awnings/tents that may need to go up for you and your family. When arriving we ask that you keep a space of 2 car widths (about 5m) between you and another pitch, unless they are part of your ‘support bubble’ and camping with you.

Camping Areas
We’ll have three camping areas, all with plenty of space.

  • Family - Noise curfew of 10pm for families with young children and those who prefer quiet.
  • General - Noise curfew of midnight for older families who’d like to stay up a bit later.
  • Accessible - Please have your blue badge on display. Marked out pitches 10m x 10m close to the amenities.
Food and Drink
We’ll have a selection of street food vendors, as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available on site. Please bring a contactless payment card with you to use on the day as cash may not be accepted.
You are welcome to bring your own. Fitted gas stoves inside vans can be used as well as gas stoves and gas BBQs raised onto tables or stands. Any cooking below table height is not allowed. Please do not take a barbecue inside a camper van, tent, or similar; in addition to the fire risk a barbecue gives off carbon-monoxide which can be fatal if inhaled.

Pets
You are welcome to bring well behaved four legged family members but please keep them with you, on a lead at all times and of course clean up any of their mess.

Toilets and facilities
There will be plenty of portable toilets as well as toilet blocks along the main tracks with hand sanitation stations outside of each. Our team of seasoned professionals have a thorough and regular cleaning routine.
If you prefer to bring your own portable toilet or have one as part of your camper, there’ll be disposal points next to each toilet block.
There will be water points available in each camping area.
We are currently looking into providing showers but want to make sure it is safe for us to do so before we can confirm.

Waste
We want to keep the grounds as beautiful as they were when we arrived. Please bring bin bags with you to either take rubbish away with you or for you to dispose of in the waste bins provided next to each of the toilet blocks.

Face Coverings
As Camper Site is entirely outdoors there are currently no rules requiring face coverings to be worn.
As long as you conform to the social distancing rules of 2m, you can enjoy the fresh air Weston Park provides.

Camper Site Rules
We try not to have too many rules but please pay attention to the following for the safety and comfort of all guests, anyone found in breach of these rules may be asked to leave.

We are complying with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of Covid 19.
The following rules and guidelines are part of this.

  • Do not attend Camper Site if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid 19
  • Please keep 2m apart from those outside of your support bubble, Camper Site has a lot of space so this won’t be an issue but please when queuing for food, drinks, toilets etc.
  • Bring contactless payment cards for purchasing food and drink
  • Clean your hands regularly using our hand sanitising stations
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Keep your pitch size less than 10m x 10m in size and at least two car widths from another pitch unless they are part of your support bubble.
  • Private generators are not allowed.
  • No fires or fire pits of any kind.
  • No fireworks or Chinese lanterns.
  • Barbecues must be raised off the ground while in operation, and must not be taken inside camping units, tent or caravans due to fire and carbon monoxide risks. Smoke must not inconvenience other campers
  • Caravans and motorhomes are brought onsite at the owner's discretion
  • You can bring your own alcohol, but please dispose of waste in the bins provided.
  • No motorised leisure scooters / bikes / skateboards.
Electric mobility scooters and pedal bikes are permitted.

sadly we wont be going to CamperSite . . . . . . Booooo =[

but of the up side . . .

2weeks after it we will be going to Forum-Fest 2020 . . . . . Yaaaayyyy =]

.

Yep agree £40 a night with no entertainment is crazy. When I first saw it I thought it was £40 for the whole weekend.

They got camp Radio till 10pm . . . . . .

and some beer and food tents . . .

but thats about it . . .

Come to Forum-Fest instead and have a dance in the Disco-Tent V3.0 (Tm) (lol)

We are going as our bank holiday plans were cancelled. Just for a couple of nights. It does seem a bit expensive but it’s booked so it’s done

We are excited to announce that VDubRadio will be broadcasting live from Camper Site and direct to your pitch.
We'll be bringing the main stage to you, simply tune in to join the party from 8am until 10pm each day of Camper Site.
You can also meet and chat to the DJs in our food and drinks village at the centre of the camp site.
More details will be announced later with the full broadcast schedule.
We still have space on site but don't delay and book today :)

As you know, we couldn't deliver Camper Jam this year in a way that everyone would enjoy and it's still not the right time for a full blown festival. However as camp sites have safely re-opened around the country, we know that some of you might want to camp once again in the grounds of Weston Park this summer.
No live music venues or scheduled entertainment and limited numbers to give much more space to spread out.
You will have access to all that Weston Park has on offer as well as some great food and drink options, Camper Site will be a unique and relaxed place to camp.
You can now book a camping pitch with us for up to 4 nights this August Bank Holiday weekend but there is limited availability so please visit www.campersite.co.uk for all of the details as soon as you can.
Kind Regards,
The Camper Jam & Camper Site Team
